I have been interested in spirituality, health, nutrition and well being for over 30 years. In 2003, a life-skills and massage course was a profound and life-changing experience for me. I believe that I was being drawn towards this training for a long time. But like everything in life, one can only respond when one is in the right “space” and is willing and open to embrace change.

Since then I have been on a continuing journey of healing and self-development. This journey involved studying for three years at As Solas Healing Centre in Co. Tipperary.  I have attended many other related courses and workshops on diet, nutrition, essential oils, life skills, angel connections etc.,

Previously, I worked in a demanding business environment. I understand the pressures of balancing home and work situations and the ever-increasing stress of modern-day living. However, I have now come to understand the value and benefits of daily quiet/meditation time, breath work, exercise, pilates,yoga and chi gong which I (try to) practice every day.

My life journey and experiences are of great benefit  in helping my clients to understand their own journey, where they are at, and how they can move forward when the time is right for them to do so.

In September 2011, I began a year-long course entitled "Quantum Coherence Therapy" which is a very simple, yet efficient energy healing modality  that I will incorporate into my current healing practices.  

I recently joined the South Dublin Chamber Women's B2B (business to business) Network.  The support, friendship. enthusiasm and entrepreneurship at these meetings is just amazing to witness. We meet every two weeks. I am privliged to be part of this network and would recommend all small (and not so small) business people to join and get this country moving again at grass-roots level.

In January 2012, I was appoined sole distributor and agent for Pure Pro Massage Proudcts in Ireland. I look forward to bringing this amazing range of 100% natural, therapeutic massage oils, creams and lotions to massage and body-work therapists, relfexologies, spas and sports injury clinics.   New wesbite is under construction at present, but will be live by end March.   www.purepro.ie

This year I also upskilled in the area of Touch Therapy for Cancer - to help clients diagnosed with cancer through this very difficult period in their lives.   Touch Therapy helps to ease the discomfort and side effects of both cheomatherapy and radiaiton treatments. Touch Therapy Massage is an effective and highly appreciated therapy for cancer patients and their families.  It is physicall and emotionally relaxing, it reduces stress, provides substantial comfort and can offer pain relief.
